Teams

Roswell has many extracurricular activities. The Hornet Rifle Team is a GHSA Varsity Sport that JROTC participates in. The Raider and Drill Team both compete in competitions around the county and in Area Competitions. A part of Raider is Orienteering, a sport that is related to the Army Pathfinders. The Orienteering Team goes to competitions around North Georgia and competes not only with other JROTC battalions but also professionals in a map reading and point finding competition. The Academic Team is a relatively new team that competes at the same competitions as Raider and Drill as well as the National Academic Bowl which is held online and in Washington D.C.
